I’m considering quant, data scientist and AI engineer but I’m still not sure what career I want to do. Can anyone share what job you took and what the daily tasks were like after you studied anything related to computational finance? And salaries as well pls (this is also important too😅)

I have an offer from MindTree. DoJ was 21 Sep but was not getting relieving from current company. Hence requested to give a revised DoJ (1month extension). I started a full time in-house design job that pays extremely well. I barely have to work at all. This makes me very confused since I kept hearing stories of people working 60+ hr weeks as designers at ad agencies. I am not complaining, but I have this creeping irrational feeling that I’ll get fired for not working even though there’s nothing for me to do. Should i be making up projects or asking for more work? Been with my current company 5 years now. I run my own team but have a micromanaging boss who likes to create chaos for me.
