Need help deciding if this offer is worth moving for. Received an offer from Booz Allen Hamilton for an Associate level Sr. Systems Engineer in Los Angeles for $135k base. I countered $150k and a $15k singing bonus and asked if I could be brought on as a lead associate since I've been a lead/manager for a while in my current company.
Current company TC: $125k in Utah.
YOE: 7 with M.S. and MBA
Is the switching cost/risk and higher COL worth it?

Recommendations are all about data. Excel > Tableau or Power BI >Alteryx
Would hands on experience matter or certifications suffice for a starting position like analyst?
For front end MC role PMP, Scrum master might help. Tableau not so much (I mean as an MC you hardly have time to do this and it get passed on to other teams, and as your position rises you might not be required to do this at all, maybe an analyst might prepare and send it to you)
As far as I think, honestly on the job learning from project is highest and slowly you can move towards a domain or two specialisation. I don’t think so there is any course that can help, spend enough time on that already
Product Management,best choice
Anyone's thoughts on Scrum Master?
It is a good to have kind of thing... Scrum Master roles are in demand right now but I think the growth in these roles is pretty limited. Rather than Scrum Master (CSM), a Scrum Product Owner course (CSPO) would make more sense if you love being a contributor to the product rather than just being a facilitator.
