I work for a big company that has a project manager role (schedule and company processes), a product manager (product responsible and strategy) role and a scrum master ( manage developers) on each project.

If you aren’t working with a project manager, how is your company juggling these three work areas?

What base salary/ total comp to expect for a Sr PM in Toronto in today’s market?

I was looking at PM roles only that were around $110k, one company approached me with Sr PM (title bump) at $110k. I’m getting scheduled for final interview loop next week with this company and planning to negotiate if an offer is extended from them.
