None. You have to get the business work done, and since in-house roles don't typically bill or account for hours in the bonus structure, there's no way to "get credit."
That said, you typically have more free time, so you can still volunteer/do pro bono if that's important to you.
At my company it’s fairly episodic. We have relationships with various nonprofits and do limited scope work on volunteer days, but no long term things. And it never replaces work in the way that pro bono hours can replace billables
I could probably ask to do some if it didn’t interfere with my work, but it would be on my own, not like part of my job like it would be at a firm. I wouldn’t get “credit” that would replace other work.
