Hello, what is working in retail banking like at JPMorgan Chase ? Specially the branch manager role. I’m looking in the Columbus area. How is pay, culture, benefits, sales environment, meetings, etc. How easy is it to transition from retail banking to corporate. I hear the Polaris campus has great opportunities, I was thinking about getting my foot in the door through retail then transferring to corporate ?

New first year Senior? $65-68k
Coming from audit.
Honestly wouldn't expect much more than $70k base just being conservative if we're talking an interfirm transfer. If you're coming into B4 advisory with 3-4 years audit experience from another firm I'd expect maybe another $5-6k on top but not much more unless special circumstances
It depends on educational background & years of professional experience
What about a second year senior?
This is assuming you're joining a standard service line, more specialized areas compensate more. However by first year Advisory Mgr's total comp will be near/at/over $100k in my exp.
