Harman @ 15 LPA (In Samsung Project and the will have to work from client side office i.e. Samsung office itself)

I have cleared 2nd round(managerial) with TCS direct project recruitment and waiting for salary negotiation. I'm confused whether to join TCS now itself (which might be too soon to settle down) or go for CTS for next 2 years. Please suggest me. Currently, I'm in a product based company since 2yrs and got only 15% hike till now(they said covid crisis).
I'm confused because i really have good recognition here.

Is it good to switch from product based company to service based company if I'm offered with good hike? How much can i demand?
