For a manager role in GDS , HR said max fix salary is 25L. Current CTC is 21L and 11 yoe. I do not know the grade. Tech1 is yet to happen.

Can someone help as in what grade it could be and if the salary is justified ?

I regret choosing Deloitte India over USI, salary is same but i liked the clarity of my leadership team, which is still the same they are awesome, but USI people are getting many benefits, on time Hikes and appraisals, but i don't get all of those, which is kinda depressing.

I went for 3 interviews with a company met with vp and was given package thinking I aced interview there was another candidate 😞 the other person for the job. I have switched from 12 LPA to 26 LPA on feb 2022 as my first switch with IC role as ETL developer . Now looking for data architect role.
