For B3 job level what's the VP pay we can expect? And is that Quarterly paid?

Today i got my variable bonus of 10k, i get 59k inhand every month in which 2k gets deducted as tax, today along with the bonus of 10k I got 67k inhand and tax deducted is 4.5k. I'm kinda lost. Can someone pls explain y this?

Hi Everyone! I have a background in health research. I received my first offer as a ux researcher 3 (1 step below senior) which is pretty competitive compared to my former field. It is with fanduel for 120k base, 6% bonus (8% next year since I’m not starting in jan) , I believe 10% in equity (12.5% next year) total comp 130. I’m extremely grateful but just wanted to see if this was acceptable for the industry. I’m mixed methods and they want to build out their quant side. Should I accept as is?

My company has made us sign an employment bond for 3 years and exit penalty is 4.5 lakhs. I have completed 2.3 years but I don’t want to continue working in this company anymore. I recently got promoted to Assistant Account Manager after being at an agency for around 6mo. I enjoy the people I work with but I realize that I want to pivot into a more creative/strategic role. Does anyone who has made this pivot (or know someone who has) have any advice?

I am much stressed.. it’s only been 5 months to join Capgemini. I joined in as cyber security consultant with good package.
However, the work I do the tricks, logics and solutions I share with team to apply in the project… all are of no use when discussed with the architect guy. The whole team rely upon the wordings/solutions suggested by him only. It feels like my skill/knowledge and experience is of no use.
I feel like what am I doing here….? Any suggestions please.
