For Marriott, I’m getting nights, but not the correct # of points. E.g., spent ~$5k on a vacation and only got 39k points (~22k base and ~18k ambassador bonus).
Anyone else noticed discrepancy?

My new boss says that HR made a coding error when I was originally hired and that they had me in a supporting/clerk role not a professional role in the global grading system. Could this have impacted my last bosses attempt to get me raises and enrollment in the performance bonus package? He said he tried and hit a brick wall. do I have a right to ask for backpay? A retroactive application of the enrollment into the bonus program as of when last boss requested it?
