Congratulations! An interview with the VP is usually means that you have passed the technical interviews phase. They are usually looking for cultural fit and how well you communicate as you have passed the gauntlet. If you Google “faang interview final stage vp”, you will get tips and advice like below. One important thing is to never ask a question to the VP that can be answered by the company website or other public information. Also lookup their bio on LinkedIn. Do your research! Be confident, good luck!

Awesome! Tysm for this insightful response! I will definitely do my research and will go through the link you’ve provided 🙌
The final stage with a VP is usually to assess cultural fit, leadership potential, and/or alignment with the company’s vision. They may also want to see how you approach high-level strategic thinking. I always prepare to discuss my past work, how I’ve led teams, and how I’ll contribute to their goals. It's a big picture interview.
Tysm. This is really helpful to know.
Same thing as above. I just got another senior software engineer position and the hiring manager was the director of engineering, but met with the CTO as well. Cultural fit, see if they like you, etc. Not technical whatsoever, really
