Can anyone tell me the Manager bandings for S&C?
Hi all
Few months back, I accepted @pwc india's offer but didn't join.
Now I was referred for @pwc US but as I was applying for the job, the portal shows previous application with status as offer accepted.
Will pwc consider me again?
Does anyone have any idea on this?
Has someone accepted the offer but didn't join and later joined again after some months?
Please let me know
Any inputs will be helpful
Thanks!

You are going to travel M-Thursday of every week. Friday will be yours at home to work remotely, no requirement to come to the office. Some industries/ functions go to better places than others obviously.
Travelled every week on regular projects. On diligences we usually pick a city and all meet there, sometimes you get lucky and have it be your home city. If you are in the ops group you are probably traveling to less sexy locations than the revenue and growth group, but we end up everywhere.
which one is ops group & which is rev & growth group?
Are you being trained in turnaround and restructuring now? Provided that wasn’t your area beforehand
Interested as well
I’m in TMT. Some years I’ve seen most of the team in LA/SF, some others in NYC/Chi. I’ve also ended up in random other cities like Dallas, Detroit, DC, etc for smaller cases.
Work is M-Th at the client and F from home. I can probably count the non-holiday weeks I’ve been home with one hand.
alixpartners must be hiring like crazy. Lot more posts on fishbowl than before
Oh okay, interesting spell correct. Hiring is the same as always for us, but since everyone is on a hiring freeze / layoffs people are probably more interested than usual.
Alix partners, are you hiring in Canada at this point? I am looking for a change management and training role. 15 years of experience across industry and consulting.
We do have Canadians living in toronto in our staff, I know of at least four of them.
We don’t have an office-centric culture, so as long as you’re close to a major airport ... you’re ok on that front. The firm would likely assign you to the NY office as a formality.
Feel free to DM if you have questions.
