For those of us that have to expense everything on the corporate AMEX, is it better to get a personal Platinum Amex over the Chase Sapphire?

How is Diners Club still in business and why on earth would my firm choose them instead of Amex?!?!?

My wife got a 125k point Amex Platinum offer. I have CSR and trying to figure out if it makes sense for her to get this card? The only perks we wouldn’t use is the equinox membership. Only other card she has is Delta platinum, which pays for itself with the companion pass.

Best life lesson I learned from Deloitte: don’t ever, EVER sign a contract that demands you return the sign on bonus if you leave within a year. I thought to myself, “I would never leave a company within a year”, but I grossly underestimated how much I could hate a job.

Everything is harder for an Indian immigrant. It was a battle to get picked in the H1-B visa “lottery”. I haven’t seen my family in 3 years because I can’t find a visa stamping appointment at the US consulate in India. Flight tickets to go to India in the month of December is $5000.
