For those people who have been on the advising side of informational interviews, what kind of questions or actions from a job seeker impressed you?

I've had 3 rounds so far (technical, communication/versant, managerial) and have cleared all 3. Today I got a call for Round 4 where they mentioned that it is going be another technical round. Is this normal during Deloitte's interview process? 4 rounds + 1HR of interview for an experienced candidate 🙄

Anyone else interview with LinkedIn BizOps recently? I’m in the interview process but it’s taking months (my initial recruiter screen was back in late March and I’ve passed the technical screen but my recruiter been very unresponsive since then). How do you research comms salaries? There don’t seem to be a lot of data points to work off of, especially for early career roles. I’m interviewed at a fintech company and they’re offering me $90k base (role based in NYC and I have 2 YOE) that seems a bit low, but don’t have a lot to base that on.

A lot of my close friends in Tech are SWEs and are making ~400-500k / year. I am in Consulting and make ~160k/yr. I know this is already a lot and I am super privileged, but I still struggle with comparison. I have no interest in being a SWE but I still struggle with the lesser money I make. How do I deal with this apart from aspiring for higher paid professions?
