For those who use claude.ai, have you noticed it's gotten significantly worse the last 2 weeks? I'm not talking about Claude code, just the chatbot. I am on Sonnet 4.6 and it no longer refers to memory despite explicit preferences to do so. It has much more circular reasoning and even tells me it skips steps that are explicitly included in prompts.

Hi, what’s the premium processing cost for I-140? I have more than 2 years left on my H1 so PwC is not filing for my premium processing but said I could pay for it out of pocket.
