For those working at Progressive as a Senior Claims Specialist handling auto injury litigation — what is the typical annual raise percentage for good performance? Also, if you’re at the top of the pay band, how are raises handled (e.g., lump sum, role change, etc.)? Looking for insight on long-term compensation/growth. Thank you!

Typically from my understanding yearly successful review is around 3 percent for every position. The company likes to reward its loyal successful employees by promoting from within. I am applying for my fourth promotion in 3 years currently. So movement is typically the key to financial growth.

I’m currently exploring long-term growth at Progressive, especially in the Senior Claims Specialist role handling auto injury litigation. I’d love to hear from those with experience—what’s the typical annual raise for strong performance? Also, for those already at the top of the pay band, how are raises managed? Lump sum? Promotion? Any advice on how to continue progressing compensation-wise over the years would be really appreciated!
