You’ll need a good reason for re-recruiting because it’ll certainly come up in interviews. I can understand hours are unpredictable but did you not know that you’d be in the office 3x/week? What’s your main reason for looking for new opportunities?
Just say the usual
Bureaucratic, slow, low impact
Better to pull the cord now while it’s fresh and you already know it’s a bad fit rather than stay the requisite 2+ years.
I think most would understand
Give it a year then look
Generally give it at least a year, but it's ok to leave earlier if you can explain it later. After you've made the exit you can also remove it from your LinkedIn.
