Hi,
My last working day was 11th Nov and I submitted my asset to TCS location and got the Initial release letter as well. Later on 17th or 18th of Nov, I got a message from TCS that they have sent the Packing material through Vendor, please accept it.
I didn't accept the material and cancelled it when the delivery boy came to my location.
So, is it going to create any problem in getting reliving letter? Share your thought please

No one needs to interview anyone 6 times to get a sense of whether they’re a good fit. Think of the hours you spent talking with them!! And they’re still confused, unclear or undecided? This is what you’re lamenting? Have a glass of wine & toast to yourself! Six interviews took preparation, organization and tenacity. That shows us who you are right there. Six interviews on their end reveals nothing good. On a positive note rest completely assured that being good at interviews is like going to the gym - it takes practice and you do get better. So instead of looking at the time as wasted just think of it as time accrued polishing answers, thinking about comp, selling yourself, summarizing your goals etc. GREAT JOB and THEIR LOSS.
Exactly! Six interview rounds means the company’s hiring practices are disorganized and leadership is indecisive and disrespectful of peoples’ time. Likely this bleeds into other areas of the company too. This was after all, their opportunity to make you want to work there too. Consider it as bullet dodged!

Something at a place that doesn’t have a problem making decisions and won’t ask you to do six rounds of interviews. You dodged a bullet my friend.
6 means you were more than qualified. You could have gotten it but for maybe a couple subjective opinions.
Yes it sucks you didn't get it but be proud you could have and go get that next one!!
You aced 5 interviews. That right there tells me you’re badass and too good for them anyways.
I'm sorry. That stings for real. I always tell myself that job wasn't my job/was meant for someone else. Or i also like to hear: maybe not getting it is a blessing.

Sorry this happened to you, but you’re not alone. Went through this a few years ago. Months of interviews with everyone under the sun. Even got to the “they flew me out” stage so my hopes were all the way up. And then after a MONTH of ghosting they finally told me I didn’t get it. I took that to mean it must’ve been SO close that it most likely wasn’t about whether I was a great person for the job but that someone else was just slightly a better fit for them ...or cheaper. Got a different job offer within a couple weeks.
Long story short (too late, I know) you’re likely a choice candidate and highly desired to get that far into the interview process. There’s something coming your way soon I’m sure.

Yup. Literally two weeks ago. Six rounds only to get “went with a freelancer who’d been filling the role.” Cool - could’ve mentioned that after round four...
