I started with 3.3 LPA, salary. around 21431 rupees salary.

I don't want to invest on stocks, shares, crypto, mutual fund, sip etc.

Hi all, just looking for a range, what should should someone with ~3YOE in consulting (targeting Senior Associate) expect for a base salary.

And when giving a range is it better to overshoot knowing they’ll bring it down?

I see RSM has education reimbursement on their website anyone know how much or how it works?

Is it really unrealistic to expect a raise in this current economic climate? Review period is coming up in July, and I don’t want to shoot myself in the foot by not asking for a raise.

Has anyone found success with products to help with eyelid elasticity? 28F and experiencing a lot of wrinkling/ skin sagging on top eyelids. It may be genetics but I admit that I have not been especially kind to them over the years in the way that I apply/ remove makeup (trying to be more gentle now). Currently I'm in a .net and sql server maintenance and operations project at a service company. I want to switch to a full stack developer position in a good product company. Besides honing my DSA, for skills, should I focus on MERN stack or pure .net development? I'm already familiar with MERN stack and .net core and have made small projects. But they are different and I would like to stick to one path and capitalize on it. Please help which one to choose- MERN or .NET?
