Yeah I got a better B4 offer than my PM colleagues out of MBA. May change once their equity vests but I don't imagine that's comparable to 6-8 years to partner in MBB.
IB is the clear winner in comp though. If you go comp/hr maybe you could make the case for PM though i dunno.

If you’re thinking average comp for a person who’s able to stick it out and continue to progress through the primary levels - IB takes the top spot.

Whoever is best at their job will earn the most. At the top levels, pay isn’t a grid number.
IB, MBB, then FAANG pm by total comp over time. That’s obviously assuming the people stay in the profession. Actual comp by hour? Reversed probably.
