How does one get on at a family office?

I have been married for 3 years. We have been trying to have a baby and found out my husband is shooting blanks and requires surgery to possibly resolve that. Recovery is 4 weeks and he refused. He is also not open to adopting or fostering or using someone else’s sperm. What do I do now?

My confession is I have always had very competetive and hardworking close friends around me with whom I felt amazing to compete, do more and be the best. A few years back we all made to different countries, now I achieve far less than my potential and find it hard to be as efficient as before. How to fix this?

Teaching has taken over so much. I’m a wife and mother and still have a home life, but there is nothing outside of work and home. I have no friends, no other activities, no escape. Covid restrictions do not help. I know it’s not healthy to only focus on everyone else, but I’m not sure what to do about it. In my previous organization, once I declared my investments in the tax portal , then my salary was very less affected by tax deduction.
But in ey india , I don't see any effect after declaring my investments.
Kindly help me how to declare investments so that there will be less tax deductions from my salary .
