How much will the commute cost you a year?
What are the other benefits offered? Eg the remote company might have benefits that’ll make up the 20k deficit (what’s the employee match on 401k, education reimbursement policy, any paid childcare?)
The 110k for hybrid. When it’s early in your career it’s actually beneficial in my opinion to have the face to face time. It has helped me build connections with people of higher standing within my company. If the commute is manageable I would take it. Two days is perfect
