90k!

👍🏻

OH man, 90k for sure - wfh and the savings will make up for it, and no commute...lot more beneit

like

👍🏻

I would take the 110k. I don't mind going to the office a few times a week, so the bump in pay would be great for me.

like

👍🏻

How much will the commute cost you a year?
What are the other benefits offered? Eg the remote company might have benefits that’ll make up the 20k deficit (what’s the employee match on 401k, education reimbursement policy, any paid childcare?)

like

The 110k for hybrid. When it’s early in your career it’s actually beneficial in my opinion to have the face to face time. It has helped me build connections with people of higher standing within my company. If the commute is manageable I would take it. Two days is perfect

like

Depending on how much of a hassle and effect on you mentally with hybrid. If it is worth 20k

👍🏻

If you don’t take the 110K offer then let me know which company so I can apply 😂😂

Depends on the commute/gas/tolls/wear and tear of your car. I’d probably stick with the 90k.

Hi All,

What would be the inhand salary for 6 LPA in Accenture?

I’m 35 and I’ve been at the same company for 8 years. I found out that a newly hired 30 YO is making the same as me. I love my flexibility and I’m not really interested in staying at a new company but I can’t help the nagging feeling that I’m underpaid for staying. How do you “encourage” your company to elevate your salary instead of just quitting?

Lot of these posts are hypocritical. Shootings have been happening in the US for decades and BOTH parties have failed to pass significant/meaningful gun control legislation even when they held majority and/or control both congress and the white house. It's not just Republicans. We are ALL failing out children.
