Genpact is giving me 3.80 LPA Fixed for a PD RTR role with 2.7 years of experience in the same profile. Is this a good offer? My overall resume is very strong and has leadership experience in the past with a startup as well. I have also completed 10+ courses and achieved a lot of great things in life. Am I getting undervalued? While negotiating, HR is not interested listening or telling other perks apart from the CTC. Not even cleared my doubt whether this fixed is net or not. What should I do.

I do sales for a major engineering firm. Focused on new business and exploring new markets. Last year I was in the top 50% for order intake, and first in number of projects won along with number of new customers. I think this is extraordinary given the effort it takes to win new business.
