Stop sharing ideas in the group Slack where your manager can't see them. Start bringing them directly to your manager instead, even casually. "Hey I was thinking about X, what do you think?" That way if/when it comes up in the meeting, your manager already knows it was yours. You don't have to and shouldn't call out the coworker, it'll just make you look petty.
Pro
Hmm yeah, that’s what I’m worried about. And not something a mature adult professional would/should do. I was being a good team player but if that’s being taken advantage of, I think this is what I’ll have to do.

I don’t share ideas in the group slack unless my boss is in it for this exact reason
Pro
☝️ agreed, gonna do that now on.
Maybe follow them home or catch them in an alley about it
Pro
Oh did I forget to mention that I tried that already

You need to take out your co-worker: seed them a terrible idea in Slack that they can take credit for with your boss, then wink at them as they are marched out of the building
Pro
That’s wicked and I love it.
Feed them terrible ideas.
It depends on how much these ideas are even worth to management. If they have no impact then being territorial over them seems silly. If they are big initiatives you can have a conversation with the manager and say that you want to develop your ability to express ideas that are yours and show them how you made those ideas in slack. Then have a conversation with coworker that from now on you take turns pitching ideas regardless whose idea it was first. Then tell them you had a discussion with management and they agree with this format.
Pro
Turn the collaboration comment around, I like that idea.
Email ideas out before discussing. And when they present it in another meeting as their own, let leaders know who has true ownership.
Pro
It’s not always possible to do but yeah, I can do it whenever possible.
Ideas are a dime a dozen unless there's a way to implement them effectively. If your ideas have legs, create a one- or two-page proposal to share with your manager. Ideas are more likely to be implemented when the initial friction is reduced. Otherwise, they go in a file and your concern about who gets the credit becomes meaningless.
Note: This documentation also serves you for the big ideas in case your manager takes credit with the C-Suite (assuming your ideas have that much of an impact).

First, stop sharing. This person is going to take credit for your ideas and get the rewards for them as well. Second. I’d keep a log of all the evidence you have about this being done. At this point, it won’t do you much good, but it is still valuable to have just in case things get dicey.
I wonder why these ideas come to you and not your boss. Do other team members feel the same way like you do? An idea is only as good as the $ that follows it to support it. Just make your boss look good, it doesn’t hurt
This type of stuff is always bound to happen and is a risk when sharing ideas and collaborating. If you’re concerned about the visibility given this person is pretty slimy, make sure you give visibility to yourself when raising the ideas e.g., bring them up in a meeting, group chat, or email thread with others copied or present. Definitely don’t trust this person going forward!
