Getting cold feet about turning in my notice. Recently got an offer from a company for a role I’ve been super curious about. My current role is good - pay-wise, manager & team-wise, etc - but I’m really tired of the daily grind of my current job function. I’ve been here for only 4 months so I’m afraid I’m making a mistake leaving a good opportunity for something so unknown and career pivot and sooo new to me (plus it’s a startup, so less stable than current job). What should I do?
