Hi fishes,
I am planning a switch so was going through some salary data for a software engineer. My ex-senior manager recommended me a website: Growceed.com which helped me a lot in getting clarification about a lot of things but I am in doubt whether the average salaries of software engineer mentioned on Growceed.com really that much in top MNC companies.
Had a bad showing for case interview about a month ago. I knew the material i just straight up had a bad day. Took feedback in exit interview and feel prepared to reapply for a different role with no cool off time… should I still wait or shoot my shot?

Lol no chance. Slalom does not pay more than big4
You will be a consultant. Get a 20% bump. 2 years later you will be below than your peers due to shitty raises.
That’s be over $200k. I won’t hold my breath for that but would be pleasantly surprised.
Consultant and solution architect are not considered leadership positions. Solution principal, practice area lead, practice director and MD are leadership.
No way you’ll get a 60% bump. In some cases people take pay cuts to join for the work life balance.
Personally that’s a load of crap and I never would have joined if I didn’t get a pay bump, but I know some people who have. Don’t expect more than 20%
Slalom pays high, chances are you may get 60%
Not sure I follow...60%?
60% hike of your current base
There is no Senior Management consultant role. You can get a 15-20% hike. Great firm culture!
The hike obviously depends on what you’re currently making and where working....
