Getting so sick of clients who just don’t respond when I need information! It’s like pulling teeth trying to get them to engage and it makes the whole process so much harder, for no reason. Do y'all have any tricks to keep things moving when they don’t provide what you need, and what’s your strategy for getting them to take ownership of their part?

Curious what others think about this: a friend of mine has a couple of months of leave this fall to study for the CPA exam (they’ll be paid a reduced salary during their leave), but they mentioned they have no intention of studying for the exam, and instead plan to use that time to look for another job.
