Hello! Question for anyone that works at Google if I have hit my 3 applications per 90 days can I still apply to an additional role through a referral link? Or will I have to wait until the 90 days is up? Actually asking for a friend that doesn’t have this app 😊 thanks in advance for any insight.

Hi,
In tcs my joining date is passed still not received onboarding link.
Is it normal there because been 4 days delay still they are not giving any update.
It’s kinda hectic to call every time to recruiter and get back with the same answer like work in process.
Should I even expect the joining date?
Let me know if anyone faced that kind of situation before. Tata Consultancy even onboarding manger is not giving Reply’s to my. Mails
As an ADC applying this summer for 2022 start, I haven’t gotten a chance to connect with any L.E.K. Consulting members and I really want to get to know the company better before moving on with my application. Any L.E.K. Consulting fish out there willing to spare a few minutes to chat about their work, the company, the culture etc? Thanks!

Hello! I recently applied for a Travel Procurement Senior Manager role at PwC (role is in NYC and I’m not NYC-based but I believe certain roles can be primarily remote). I have 5+ years of experience in this field and the description/company culture seem like a perfect match to what I’m looking for. Are there any fish from PwC and/or their talent acquisition team that can provide a reference post-submission and insight on the hiring process? Thanks!!

Be able to speak to anything that’s on your resume, be able to answer the question “why are you looking to leave,”, read the job description fully and try to relate your work experience to that job; come with 5-6 questions to ask about the job to show that you’re interested; smile, be polite, be deferential
Yes. This is definitely the advice I need. Thanks for this!
Everybody put their best foot forward during interviews. But my advise, don't overdo it and just say the things that are true. You don't want getting overrated for something you really do not possess. Most of all, be confident. Employers love confident people.
Show you can create and town ownership of an independent work stream
Some Qs to ask at the end of interviews:
What’s the greatest impact a person coming “postion you are interviewing for” could have in 90 day and 1 year?
Where could a high performer see themselves in 5 years?
What are the top 2 challenges this company is facing and how does X role seek to solve those challenges
Sell yourself. Speak highly of your experience and accomplishments. They ask themselves 2 questions: do I like this person enough for them to join the team? Can this person get the job done well?
As I said, speak of your accomplishments and your experience. You think the average person has done what you’ve done?
Practice speaking in front of the mirror. You can also do a mock interview with a friend. Be confident but not too arrogant when answering questions.
First thing, research the company. Make sure you know well in advance what the company does, their products, their services, and more.
Memorize the job description. Pay attention to keywords such as required skills and experience, and focus on the responsibilities that a successful candidate will have. Consider how your qualifications and goals align with the description so you can discuss relevant examples with the hiring.
Highlight all your strengths and skills required for the job. Be attentive and ask some follow-up questions.
