Getting to final round in an interview process and, ahead of that, the recruiter asked me to re-confirm that the compensation package range (which includes base, bonus, and RSU) continues to align with my expectations. It basically does, but I’d really like to be at the top of the provided base range for a variety of reasons. We’re chatting tomorrow, but, given I don’t actually have the job yet, is it too early to get specific about my actual requirements? How do I approach this?

Last week I got automated call from infosys and asked few details . After that I got call from hr and said my interview is scheduled on next week and very next day one person called me and asked few technical questions .she said she's calling from infosys and this is technical screening round . Today same hr called and said she will be scheduling a client interview.

My doubt is till now I didn't received any mail from infosys. So this is scam or part of infosys interview process?

Can someone explain the difference between FB’s Partner Solutions Manager and the Strategic Partner Manager? I have a “commitment to an offer” at 150-170k from a BB. They said they can’t give me the offer until Feb/March until they ramp up their current hires and figure out their budget, but the HM said the best thing I can do is to get another offer to use as leverage.

I’m about to receive an offer from a different company at 100-115k. Would much rather work at the BB (better company/position). Is it even worth me bringing this offer to use as leverage, or is the salary discrepancy too much?

How can I make $140K and above w/ 5 YOE in operations, program management, client delivery? Worked in NGO for 3 years then consulting for 2 years.

Tax question: married filing jointly for 1st time next year. Company recommends/requires me to fill out its tax calculator. Is this required? Can I just leave it at 0?
