Going off of the last post, and like the dozen others I’ve seen over the past few months, what have y’all actually seen your SA, M, SM peers leave to do? It always gets asked as a hypothetical question of what’s possible and it’s the same answers, would rather hear what ur actually seeing people in ur firm move to.

I have a client who needs a 401k, or a solo retirement account w loan options. When I was at UBS/Ameriprise, it was no issue but now it seems tougher to find a firm that does solo 401k as a RIA's.
