Going to Austin for F1 race in October for the first time. Race is Friday-Sunday. Planning on staying and checking out Austin Monday and Tuesday. I’m on vacation 5 more days (thru sunday). Or is it affected by the Trump executive order that was passed in Jun that said non-immigrant workers can't enter the country till Dec 31? Starting a new job next month, and considering taking two days off for kids’ spring break next month. Not sure whether it’s appropriate to request time off for a new job (I would’ve preferred not to take any time off for first three months). I may just be able to just ask for a single Friday off (so 1 day rather than 2 days).

I have technical writing experience, but I don’t have experience with clinical studies or clinical trials. Does anyone have any advice on how I can gain more experience in this field? I don’t get it: Why would anyone invest, for example, in a 6% dividend yield etf with a 0.50% ER (ie EMHY) instead of a 9% dividend yield etf with a 2.5 ER (ie YYY)? Wouldn’t you still be getting better results with the expensive one?
