Anyone ever change their delta flight and not have to pay the difference?

I’m F traveling to Delhi for the first time with another F friend. I would like to tour Delhi and Agra over 3 days. Looking for personalized services as I’m interested in visiting specific spots in Delhi. Appreciate any tour services recommendations. (Safety is our biggest concern.)

Parents are traveling from India to US. Their vaccination certificate from the cowin app has the same date for both the first and the second dose. We have less than 72 hrs before our flight. The physical copy of the card that was issued from the hospital has the correct dates.
Has anyone traveled successfully to the US via United without getting this corrected?

Question on travel during H1B lottery-

I am hoping to travel in August for something I have been interested for a while. The H1B lottery company however suggested that I don't travel between April and Oct. Can someone walk me through the possible scenario if I get the lottery in round 1 vs round 2?

If I get it in round 1, good chance I will be able to travel in Aug? (Petition out in Mar/Apr, should be done by Aug?)

If I get it in round 2, is it possible to file the petition in mid Aug?

Best everyday bank account and credit card in Australia for an expat couple?

I‘m moving to Australia with my partner and we don’t have a bank account and credit cards yet. We basically need the bank account only for everyday finance stuff (local payments, debit card, etc) and we‘re looking for some credit cards with good international fees and ideally a reward program to collect some points for traveling.

Planning a trip to Rome and Naples with day trips to Tivoli and Pompeii. Is 1 week enough? I feel like reading through 3/4 day Rome and 2 day Naples itineraries, the trip seems rushed. I have unlimited PTO but my SO is limited in time (but luckily he can work extra hrs and then use less PTO). We flew back from Ireland today on Delta. Our connecting flight from JFK at 6:10 was cancelled while we were flying over the Atlantic Ocean, and we were rebooked on a 3:40 instead (2.5 hours earlier) but not notified.
