My fault was I did not ask the HR and just gave my asking salary. When I saw a similar post from my company (I was already hired that time), they were already including the pay range and I realized mine was way below. I'm already 2.8 yrs in the role.

I am working as SAP consultant for 3.6 years in same company now. I am going to make my first switch in one of the big 4 in SAP only.

I am still on the process of getting my work permit and I am very clear about this during the interviews, but I suspect that this is the reason why I am not getting any call back. I interviewed with kpmg for a senior associate position. They waited until the offer to tell me that they see me best as an associate. Which would be a step back in my career and even less money than we talked about. The job posting says minimum of 3 years and I have 4.
