Hi there,
I have joined Amdocs in the first week of May. I am working in afternoon shift and entitled to get the shift allowance. But 2 months salary credited but did not receive any of the shift allowance amount. Can anyone please tell me when Amdocs will credit the shift allowance??
Thanks

You’re already getting a bump starting in faas over audit
10% bump is specific to audit
Check back in once comp statements come out on Friday
How long was the interview process?
The 10% bump is only for audit and tax, you won’t be getting it. To give you a datapoint here, I left audit from another big 4 to join FAAS at the same level and I got a 12% bump. FAAS has also historically underpaid compared to other accounting advisory practices. Don’t expect there to be much of any gap between FAAS and audit/tax going forward.

EY1 you’re not pulling our leg? You mean there’s still hope for FAAS raises?
Any FAAS staff here that can report back on their raise?
A2 to S1, differentiating. 24% raise. Is that consistent with previous years?
