I am looking to switch over and focus full time on real estate. I have done a couple deals in residential, and now have an opportunity to work at a commercial company as an associate. My base will be 40k for the first year plus commissions.

I will be leaving a full time gig that's 80k a year. If I am joining a team, what's a norm commission check I should expect / how many deals a year is the average?

Can anybody please help me out with the market corrected salary of Associates in PWC India (Tax Tech Stack).

My current salary is under market average for my position but based off my coworkers’ negative experiences with asking for raises/promotions, I’m not really sure how to go about starting the conversation with my manager. There’s also a rumor going around that the company is going to scale back on our marketing efforts even though our VP tells us a different story. Either way I need more money and I just want to have that conversation before I begin looking for a new job.

Last tech + managerial round was on 10th Nov. Got HR call on 17th Nov. Told my expected package and she didn't seem to have any issue. On 22nd Nov, got a call from the consultant at taggd who has been arranging all my interviews. Told my expected CTC and she seemed a bit surprised but didn't negotiate and asked if I have any other offers? I asked when can I expected the OL, she said within a week but didn't take any documents. Can I expect the OL?

Should I got for
7ARM - 4.25% interest rate
30 fixed - 4.75 % interest rate

Banker is recommending 7ARM but wanted to get general opinion as well.
