Depends on what you are filing for, how many claims you have (injuries) what evidence you have. Usually, it can take up to 30-45 days to get an initial decision however things can be deferred and may take longer. If you file appeals to get higher ratings, then it takes longer.

Thank you for your response and I hope the process is worth the time and effort.

These claims take time, I did mines in July of 2022, got my decision in December, and got rated at 90%. Look at it this way; the longer it takes, the chances of you getting rated are very good. Patience is key.

Does anyone have any experience with grant programs for Veterans? Is there anyone willing to share their experience and insight? I am asking because I am curious about it and I have been doing research on it and would like to know more about it. Thank you and I hope someone responds. If not, thanks for reading.

Depends, mine took I think about 3 months. But I heard the longer it takes the more likelihood it will get approved. Good luck.

Good morning and thank you for your response. I am waiting patiently, I am also very skeptical about it because I have been screwed over a lot dealing with the Navy and federal government. I just pray it goes right.

I put in for an increase in November got the denial in March. I also haven’t been having the best of luck with the va. Hopefully you have better luck.

Good morning and I am sorry to hear that. I have a lawyer that helps me and if you are ever interested let me know so I can give you his contact information. We as a community of veterans have to protect ourselves. No one is going to look out for the wolves except the wolves in my opinion.

I’m trying to pivot to PM after >3 years in finance and I have a 2nd round interview with CPO this week. Company has 3.7 on Glassdoor with complaints about CEO, “bro-y” culture, and hard to wfh. It’s a data analytics company with 5 PMs, was bought by a PE firm this year, and has a new (female) CEO as of Oct. Role is 50/50 hybrid, pays well vs what I make, and most importantly would be a foot in the door to PM. Is this a good place to be for PM? What else do I need to find out to know for sure?

I was offered a high net worth client associate position with fidelity. I have never worked in a call center environment.
Can anyone that has worked in that position tell me what its like and what to expect? Is it more like an administrative position and boring or do you really get to help clients? All feedback is appreciated!
