Hi I have an offer from vmware as MTS3 as fixed 35LPA along with 6 LPA shares. But now i have an another offer pf 50LPA with no shares.can i negotiate with Vmware consdering the acquisition and also do vmware matches for the fixed part?

Had a very successful interview with Amazon but recruiter is working hard trying to place me and said there’s no knowing how long to find a team. In many ways, I feel the same as before I enrolled. I don't understand how because I've lived so many things since then, but at the core, I feel like it hasn't affected me. It's weird. Am I missing something?

I always have faith that everything will make sense, and we will move into a better era. Sometimes it's challenging to maintain that faith, but it's always there.
