I recently attended an interview and cleared all the rounds. Even got offered a 45% raise on my previous pay. However, now the HR is asking me to submit my 10th and 12 markstatements and that they would hold it back for 1 year because there would be a one year commitment. So I asked her if there's a bond or something and she said "no". But I don't feel comfortable letting hold my mark statements for a year. how do I go about it. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks in advance.
