I am currently a medical biller and coder that just graduated. I am currently in an entry level position because I am still studying to get certified. I will have a year's work of exp in July and will sign a contract for another year because my boss is training me in more I don't know.

Need some advice.I’m on the backside of my career having spent 35 years in healthcare focused on the delivery of care and the insurance of it in business Felipe my for disruptive companies. I am looking to create a side huddle that could grow into a part-time gig in 5 years earning 60k where. I am not a licensed medical professional but I know the healthcare ecosystem, motives, thinking, and challenges that exist. I’m wondering how to parlay this knowledge into a side gig. So, recently got put on a PIP after six months at my new job., two days after I told my boss and HR I recently learned I have a cognitive disability caused by an illness. The PIP was mostly because I forgot some deadlines, but also they said I need to be more professional in emails (even though others use zero punctuation and a lot of emojis. To clients.) and simultaneously ask more questions and ask fewer questions. Should I just assume this is unattainable and look for a new job again?
