I’m interviewing with Deloitte for an SM position. I’ve been interviewed four times by a Manager, SM, two MDs. Not to mention a digital interview and a phone interview by the recruiter. Now scheduled for another rounds of two separate interviews by two Partners. Does anyone have similar experience? What would be the most likely outcome after the partners interview? From interview perspective, I enjoyed lucidworks interview as the interviews taken by quality people compared to other two companies. But it is a startup.

Been with company for 2.5 years in a SFA role, and they just let me hire an associate financial analyst reporting into me. My manager never mentioned anything in regards to a promotion, but when I asked, I was told that there will be an evaluation period before any promotion is given. Has anyone else had this before, where you are managing someone but they don’t give you a promotion? Sounds bizarre to me that they allow me to hire someone but then are hesitant to promote.

I’ve had the opportunity to be third chair on a trial, and will likely be second chair in an upcoming trial. However, given the track record of the firm and the amount of money at stake in each case, I am afraid I won’t get any first chair experience, if any, for at least another 5-7 years. Our firm told everyone no bonuses this year due to the pandemic. However, people like myself with high utilization received a “bonus” in terms of a gift card. My director notified me of this, but the other day my boss was mentioning how no bonuses this year really sucks.
