What should my requested salary be for a Senior Intelligence Analyst position with CrowdStrike ? I have a bachelors degree and 5 years of experience as an intelligence analyst. Current salary is 56k in NC, but when I was in DC I was making 86k (big locality change)… which makes me confused on what I should expect for a remote job.

I can't think of a more appropriate reason to request flex time. You shouldn't have to burn PTO on recurring doctor's meetings. As long as you're able to make up the work, I don't see why anyone would have a problem with this.
I’d say it’s appropriate to flex time. Since it’s something medical, you may also consider submitting a Reasonable Accommodation request related to it to get it all in writing, fully protected by law.
Being a federal contracted employee I've had to request lots of workplace accommodations. It's hell but it is to CYA so if they fire you for your medical appointments you have grounds to go after them.
I’d definitely ask. Since you’re still putting in your full workload, a reasonable supervisor should be open to it, especially for a medical reason. Just be clear about how you plan to adjust your schedule, and they should be fine with it.
I think it's totally reasonable to request flex time, especially since you're already working a salaried, exempt role. I’d suggest explaining your situation to your manager and seeing if they’re open to a flexible arrangement. Most places are understanding if it doesn’t impact your productivity or the team's needs
if you have a chronic illness that requires you to be out for medical appointment, you should file for FMLA
This is what you have to negotiate between two parties so that everybody will know what is going on, in anything you do health first, because health is what brings wealth.
As a salaried employee, I don’t get paid for overtime, but each time I have a doctor appointment for 2 hours, they always expect me to make up the time. Isn’t that wrong?
Don't salary employees have sick leave?
I suggest you change your appointment to 4.00 pm or 5.00 pm. If its at 3.00pm, you are basically not available that entire afternoon, as you'd have to leave at 2.00 pm to get there.
If it is for only like an hour you are missing, I would ask if you could stay late or come in early to make up for that time. We are allowed to do that here.
