Got a recruiter screening call in 2 days after applying on careers site. No movement after one week and it still says recruiter screening in job status. Is the hiring process slow with ansr and kenvue ? Or should I keep hopes up Kenvue

I recently switched to a developer role in a product based company from a support engineer for past 4 years in a service based company. I got a good hike as well.

Need advice and pep talk because I’m certain I have chronic imposter syndrome :( Background on me, I have about 6 years of work experience post college but have gone through many companies because of layoffs and/or reorgs. Anyone a manager? I’m recently diagnosed (26F) and I can’t help but beat myself up everytime I fall short of my to do list. Makes me feel like a huge disservice to my team. I’ve been trying vitamin D and working out, but it makes my “highs” and “low” SO extreme. The simplest things are so complex in my mind.

I'm thinking about looking for a smaller company (couple hundred to couple thousand employees) in the Dallas area and looking to find an amazing culture.

- I didn't get selected in the H1B lottery.
- My company has agreed to send me to their London office for a year (haven't yet filed application).
- OPT ends in late June, so I can stay till mid-late August (grace period).

I have a question related to working under green card EAD. I got EAD (expiring in 2 years), and plan to change employer. After 2 years, can I renew or apply for the new EAD with the new employer? My I485 is still pending.

I'm a little confused on Danko - does he offer a self-study option for the coursework requirement? On his website it looks like each module has a 4-day virtual class which I wouldn't be able to attend due to working full time. Does this program also include self-study material, and the classes are just supplementary/optional? I was also looking at Dalton for self-study and Danko for test prep. Thoughts?
