Got an initial an offer of 110k for Senior Consultant at Booz Allen. Currently 4.5 YOE Analytics w Masters. Should I shoot for higher?

I have been thinking about a pivot into the finance sector. Currently, I am in IT management, but I’ve meet a few people who have gotten much farther with FI than with IT. To me, it seems IT plateaus in terms of career options. Is it too late to start? Any suggestions on how to change careers so far into work-life? Thanks!

I have an H1b which I received in 2019 and was valid till august2021, due to covid I wasn't able to travel and then I switched to another firm last year in November. If I get visa transfer, will it provide me a validity back as I haven't used any on site time on that visa.

Thinking about bringing in other solo attorneys to my practice. I'm thinking about charging them 25% of whatever they make. In exchange, they would get all the clients that come in (which is a ton), legal assistant, receptionist, free rent, and free office expenses. They basically would be running a solo practice with zero overhead.

I’m interviewing for a new job and am in the final stages for two roles. One is at a company that my friend works at and loves. She said the wlb and career opportunities are amazing, but the salary increase would only be around $10k. The other would be a 20-30k increase but it’s a a big consulting firm and I’m concerned that the wlb would be pretty horrible.
