Got an interview call from JP MORGAN today and they are offering me band 602, Bangalore location. I have overall 6.10 years of experience and having 15 lac CTC.

1. Considering the YOE and Band -602 how much CTC i can ask for? Can I ask for 100% hike atleast?

2. What is the designation for band 602? Is it appropriate based on my YOE?
