Got an offer for a L7 role at Goog, tc is 800 annual ( base, stocks, and bonuses). Torn between taking the role and joining Google or staying at the Firm and making partner this year or next at the latest.

I feel it is crazy to walk away from such money and can’t justify the grind for 2 more years before making similar income.
