Got an offer to join Microsoft as a digital advisor. Currently a senior manager in Deloitte and should be promoted to director this FY meaning 3-4 years before partner. Base salary is only a 2% jump but TC ~ 30% tho there’s vetting period in stock bonuses. HR refuses to reveal MSFT level of DA role and it’s path so hard for me to compare. My questions are - is it worth it to join MSFT as DA given where I am and what’s the career path like for a DA in MSFT? Thanks!

Recently been through a rough job search and finally landed an offer with a mid size bank in their risk practice.
