Need advice. I’m a super senior content EP at a well known agency in the U.S., where I’ve been for quite some time. Checked out http://Glassdoor.com, and I make at the high end of the ranges for similar agencies. In the past year I’ve also taken on additional responsibilities (outside of traditional EP duties) that have doubled my workload and raised my profile quite a bit. How should I go about brining up a sizable salary bump (some creatives and even planning peeps earn more with much less responsibility)?
I have 2 offers from siemens and tcs .Siemens pays 2 L bonus as extra but ctc part both are same.Which one to prefer as the Location for siemens in blore and tcs can be chennai.Im currently at chennai.
If i accept offer from tcs and not joined there then i can get into tcs in future because of rehire policies .I still have 40 more days to LWD.
I am thinking to reject tcs and wait for some other better offer pay or last choice to join in siemens .Please share your view Im consufed here

Haha :) All I want to add is that, never take lay offs personally. I heard about another wave of lay offs today. Just keep your head up and focus! See the potential in yourself and take this as an opportunity to switch to a better firm where you will be evaluated for the quality of your work, not politics

It's not MBB, but in the same league. Had multiple rounds of case interviews in a very short timeframe

Yes, I was an advisory associate. Too early to reveal details about my new company, but it certainly beats PwC in terms of culture and prestige. Will keep you guys posted... Thanks for all the great wishes 🙏🏻

Never thought that this would attract such positive response from the community. We never discover the true potential in ourselves until we are forced to. I am grateful for the fact that I was laid off, but wish the best to my colleagues who still work at PwC.
