Got offer from VMware for the position of member of technical staff, 8yoe offer is of 45 fixed + 5 variable + 9 rsu, do you guys think this is fine?

Making $180K as a Director and am being offered a job at a new company as a Principal. Any ideas for an aggressive, but realistic starting salary for negotiation?

Any input on job offerings I’ve received. Morgan Stanley CRU risk officer pay is $70k with a less than 10% bonus. And KeyBank position is a private client advisor pay is $67k but bonus can range from $10k -$25k depending on performance and other compensation factors. Currently a Investment Consiltant at WFA making $62k with a $7k bonus. Both are in office positions in SLC, UT. TIA

When and how do you push back on people senior to you? Fifth year dealing with supersenior associate (11th year) who completely lacks good judgment & common sense.
