Does anyone actually get any value from LinkedIn posts? Other than things regarding openings or positions, does anyone actually care or look forward to the content there? I feel like a LinkedIn creator is akin to a pet rock or NFT

I’m interviewing with Deloitte for an SM position. I’ve been interviewed four times by a Manager, SM, two MDs. Not to mention a digital interview and a phone interview by the recruiter. Now scheduled for another rounds of two separate interviews by two Partners. Does anyone have similar experience? What would be the most likely outcome after the partners interview? If successful, what’s the salary expectation?

They want to offer me a contractor role instead. Does anyone here know if that is the case? I haven't heard anything as they seem be on wellness week. Thanks for any guidance :)

I finished a third round interview, and HR contacted me that afternoon saying I had positive feedback across the board and they would contact me the next day regarding next steps. It’s been two days and they finally get back to me saying they haven’t been able to sync with the hiring manager but will keep me posted. Honestly I wish they would talk with the hiring manager and then let me know the decision instead of checking in. It’s messing with my emotions.

Feel like everytime I have a potential job the moment I interview face to face it all falls apart. Are there certain key mistakes you guys notice that detract from someone even if they have good work?

I am seriously worried. I am doing my co-op and my supervisor is not giving me an easy time. I am trying to do my best even with very little direction and this supervisor constantly harassing my about things like her not being able to use google meet or to remember passwords.
