I have been given a verbal offer of 145k base for a Sr. Associate role as Data Analytics Lead. The offer doesn’t come with any kind of bonuses or stocks.
I have a Masters and 5+ years of exp and my current comp is 115.5k + approx 5k bonus + ~20k in stocks (yearly refreshes) which makes my total current comp to 140k.
Is it worth taking the offer for increase in just the base?

Newbie to investing and never invested in a company that went through a reverse stock split.
In theory, I understand the market value should increase but I’m not seeing this reflected in the price and naturally my book value/ share is very disappointing.
A) When should I anticipate the stock appreciation to occur?
B) What’s the next move for companies that do this? Issue more shares?
TIA!

It's effectively only $150 after travel credit. Well worth it considering 3x points on travel and dining
Applied today and was instantly approved, I'm stoked, def a better deal than Preferred, which I do have to say I have loved.
Did you guys get 100k bonus? I am only seeing 50
Do you get the 300$ travel credit right away or do u only get it for next calendar year? Heard it's only going to be credited January 1?
Nope when I asked she said it'd apply in 2016 automatically as a purchase comes through as travel
What's considered travel purchase? Baggage fees or even like bus tickets, gas, etc
Much more 'lax than other cards, but I don't know exactly
Plane tix, hotels, etc
Uber, train tickets, bus
Ey4.. Can you please explain how Chase is paying 550 to get their card? A bit confused.
Bonus points worth around ~$1000 so subtract $450 = 550
Has anyone actually received the card yet? I'm hoping it doesn't take a significant amount of time to receive the card since the account is already visible on my Chase.com accounts section.
I called them and asked to expedite. They said there was such a high demand that its physically impossible to make enough cards to guarantee an early delivery. I'm expecting the 1-2 weeks originally said based of my conversation with them
Also just curious, how would you guys spend 4k in 3 months? Isnt it a bit high for normal expenses?
As I stated above currently on international case with very high ticket cost. But generally, even paying something like rent is worth the convenience fee because the 100k is worth over $2,000 in my opinion (based on how I could use it).
Put your hotel on it for one month and you're more than covered
Wait do people not spend around $1500 a month outside of rent. Is that too much?
I used to spend about $1200 a month outside my rent. But since i share my apartment, my apartment mate pays half of the bills, that doesn't count towards my points. Since last few months I might have started spending about $1500 a month.
Arrived as a package, in a real nice, blue box. Should take you about two days to receive it
Box small enough to fit in a mailbox?
Nope. Package room most likely
Hoping it is in my mailbox when I get home tomorrow #christmastime
