Yeah, flipped back to those docs as well. I didn’t see anything there. I signed a resignation form that says “I resign” basically.
I wouldn't recommend soliciting employees of GT to go to your new firm during the first year...but if they reach out to you I think that's fine. And if you do "recruit" most likely nothing will happen... especially if you didn't sign an agreement up front.
No LOL. They make managers and up sign it, with some financial incentives involved to make it legally binding. Trust me, you would remember signing it.
Offer letter signed at current firm clearly indicates a one year non solicit. But my GT offer letter was short, simple with no such language. Which is constant with my understanding that GT has you sign non-solicit as manager
What did you sign when you left GT? Sometimes they reinforce that non solicit or non compete when you leave as well.
